I use a bottom-up lens to help you heal from the inside out. By integrating EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems, we move beyond just talking to address how trauma is stored in your nervous system. My approach is professional, collaborative, and deeply compassionate, with a specialized focus on childhood trauma and sexual abuse.

Work to reclaim your sense of safety and connection to your body. We will identify the deep-seated shame or dysregulation that may be holding you back and use tool to unburden you from your past. You’ll leave our sessions not just with insights, but with a clear plan and a nervous system that feels more grounded.

I believe that shame and trauma shouldn't get the final word. I wanted to help survivors of sexual and childhood trauma reclaim their power and autonomy. My goal is to provide a space where you feel back in control of your life and have real choices and agency to move forward.
