Amanda Grant

My most passionate work is with individuals seeking deep healing or deep rest, those who are approaching mid-life or confronting parenthood, individuals or couples exploring sexuality or intimate connections, and families. I would welcome the opportunity to connect with anyone who is seeking transformative growth, and a space for healing.

Therapy is about creating change in a collaborative way. Sessions will utilize varied techniques grounded in connection, and work towards wellness. I always hold space for who people are seeking to become, not who they have felt the need to be. Therapy should be a space to explore, to heal, to be challenged through compassion, and to work towards the future.

Throughout my career I have demonstrated an ability to learn new therapeutic skills, and consistently seek professional growth. My clients know that our time together is sacred, and that I truly value supporting change through empowerment and teaching. Session is, above all, safe - it's my privilege to hold that space.
