When working with individuals, I utilize Narrative Therapy to help everyday people with problem-solving. For couples, I am Gottman level 1 certified and utilize the Gottman Method to assist with conflict management and developing problem-solving skills. Starting is often the hardest part, together we can take the necessary steps to achieve change.

Together, we will explore ways that your narrative influences the way in which you experience the world around you. Using your skills and sense of purpose, we can develop outcomes to help you succeed. I am constantly exploring ways to better serve clients and I continue to learn and grow.
