As your therapist, I try my best to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel heard and valued. I hope to make our sessions feel like a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Together, we can work at your pace, focusing on your unique experiences and strengths. My goal in the therapy process is to support you in finding clarity, building resilience, and pushing you to achieve your personal goals.

I believe that therapy begins by building a genuine connection. I want to be there to support your process and to do that there needs to be trust.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, addictions, and other general life transitions. I also work with Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and would love to chat further if this is something that interests you.

I decided I wanted to help people at a young age due to my own life experiences. When I got older I realized social work was the profession for me.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also partner with Journey Clinical to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Ketamine therapy is a great way to get "unstuck." This therapy can help alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD
