Therapy with me isn't about "fixing” who you are, but about understanding yourself more fully, building resilience, and creating the life you deserve. My practice is rooted in a social justice, trauma-informed, and trans-allied framework. Systemic oppression is real and those experiencing it deserve to be seen and heard, and empowered to live authentically.

Collaborate on a tailored approach to meet your goals. We'll draw from a range of modalities based on your needs. As a Creative Arts Therapist, play and art-making will likely be incorporated into sessions, particularly when experiences feel difficult to access with words alone. Creative processes can open pathways for safer and more expansive expressions.

A therapist that celebrates queer/trans identities. Many of my clients are children and teens. Clients express feeling supported and validated through challenges related to living authentically, imposter syndrome, gender dysphoria and stepping towards social/medical transitions. I provide interactive/tangible tools they can practice from our first session.

Carry exhaustion, anxiety, trauma histories, and the weight of shrinking/masking in life. I support explorations of identity, working through layered emotional realities of belonging to marginalized communities, empowerment, and gender affirming care. I also work closely with caregivers to build affirming, informed support systems for younger clients.

Everyone deserves access to mental health services, and those who need it most often have the hardest time accessing it. I was raised within the queer community and I've spent my life learning from and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community. This isn’t just an area of professional interest to me, it's personal, lived, and deeply rooted.

At the core of my work are authenticity, dignity, and respect. I aim for clients to feel seen without having to explain themselves, challenged without being judged, and supported in building a life that aligns with who they truly are. I strongly believe everyone deserves access to therapeutic services, and I offer an honor based comprehensive sliding scale.
