I am completely collaborative in my work with my clients, meaning that, it is my priority to make sure that my approach is tailored to my specific client's needs and goals for what they hope to achieve in therapy.

Together we will come up with a plan to reach your goals, whether that be through learning skills to improve relationships, communication styles, and emotional regulation, or through processing through difficult life events that have shaped our current world views.

My clients would describe me as empathetic, warm, and welcoming, skillful in both listening and reflecting on their perspectives, and supportive.

I have been in private practice for the past four years and I have loved getting to work with my clients one on one to reach their goals. I do not accept insurance at this time, but I do offer sliding scale.
