You can be surrounded by people and still feel like you don’t quite belong. I help you understand why you overthink, second-guess yourself, or feel out of place, and how your past experiences shaped those patterns. Therapy helps you make sense of it and feel more like yourself again.

Together we will slow things down and figure out what’s actually driving the overthinking, self-doubt, or shutdown. We’ll work on helping you feel more grounded and less reactive in the moment, and build self-trust so you’re not constantly second-guessing yourself in conversations, decisions, or relationships.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults who feel like they don’t quite fit in, even when they’re around other people. They often overthink everything they say or do, replay interactions, and feel unsure of themselves socially. Many struggle to trust their own instincts and have patterns shaped by family dynamics, pressure, or past experiences.

I became a therapist after more than 30 years working with teens and young adults and seeing how much internal struggle can go unnoticed. Many people look like they’re doing fine but feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or disconnected, and I wanted to create a space where they feel understood and can make sense of what they’re experiencing.

My work is trauma-informed and relational, with a focus on understanding patterns and responding differently. I use approaches like EMDR, CBT, and DBT to support both insight and real change. Sessions are practical, grounded, and focused on helping you feel more confident, more steady, and more clear in who you are.
