I help individuals work through places they feel stuck using approaches such as IFS and somatic work. My goal is for you to see progress and leave with lasting results.

My goal is to create a safe, warm environment where you can deepen your understanding of the situations and experience change in the sessions, which you can then apply outside of our work together.
