My therapeutic approach centers on identifying your inherent inner strengths and supporting you in reclaiming your authentic self. My goal is to continually remind you that you are not alone, that you are inherently worthy, and that your value is derived not from societal expectations, but from embracing your most authentic self.

Together, we'll identify your goals for therapy- along with identifying beliefs, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create healthier ways of navigating life and relationships. Most importantly, together we will discuss and identify those inner strengths that already exist within you.

My clients would describe me as passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where you can show up as your authentic self- without judgment, pressure, or having to explain every part of who you are. They would share that my work is rooted in culture, empowerment, compassion and growth.

Over the past 6 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults, teens and families. I provide trauma informed therapy while understanding the importance of cultural identity and creating a space where you don't have to explain or minimize parts of yourself to feel understood.

I became a therapist to support and advocate for the community. I am Ecuadorian-American and noticed the little representation in the field. I didn't want to have to explain parts of myself to those who couldn't relate to me. I became passionate about providing education and discussing the importance of our mental well-being.

I am a Latina, eldest daughter and a new mother- I deeply understand the determination and commitment required to help and provide guidance, particularly when navigating life challenges as a first-generation individual carving out their own path.
