I use a nonjudgmental, Person-Centered, Strengths-Based approach. I find that identifying what strengths you already have can help with a sense of empowerment. I also use CBT, DBT and Trauma-Focused therapy techniques when fitting to your goals.

We will work toward you living your best life. When we start meeting we will look at what factors are getting in the way, make a plan for treatment and then proceed to work toward achievement of those goals.
I became a therapist because:
After experiencing trauma and grief as a teen, I realized how important it was to have the support of my therapist. I'm here to give that to others.
