At Growing in Care Mental Health Counseling PLLC, we work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families; our experience includes supporting youth and adults with various diagnoses.

We utilize CBT and strength based approaches (along with interventions including play and art), while meeting clients where they are at in their growth and healing. We support with needs across settings, including school, employment, parenting, and with families.

We are strengths based, and support based on client need and interests including play, art, dance/movement, music, and a variety of integrative and holistic approaches.
