My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and personalized. I pull from different theories, including ACT, CBT, and DBT, so we can find what actually works for you. I’ll bring in strategies and insights that are helpful, but more than anything, I’ll show up as a real person walking beside you.

I start with building an authentic connection. I understand that trust is earned and I will always respect the pace that you set for your healing. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive space where experiences will be honored and your voice will be heard. Once we've built a strong foundation, I'll use evidence-based care to help you meet your goals.

I work with individuals in their late teens through their 30s who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or like they’re constantly questioning themselves.
