In our sessions I will create a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space. I apply a holistic lens and integrate a person-centered approach that is tailored to your needs and goals for therapy. I utilize methods that explore your childhood, potential traumas, building self-awareness and self-compassion, and challenging negative thought patterns.

Together we will be able to unpack and work through the challenges you may be facing. This can be related to stress, anxiety, and/or relationship issues varying from family, friends, and romantic relationships. In therapy we can unpack who you are, who you want to be, and work through past issues and traumas that may still be affecting you today.
