I specialize in working with young, emerging adults and families (families with younger or teenage children, siblings, adult families, parenting skills and child rearing).

I became a therapist as a second career as I grew to learn that I am a helper by nature. This was such a profound discovery and with a strong desire, I decided to change my career so that I could learn more about how to help others in need. My hope for others to live the life that they want lies deep within me and I believe everyone has this innate ability.
