I offer a grounded, relational approach to therapy shaped by over 35 years of clinical experience. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and life transitions. I specialize in working with anxiety, addiction, depression, loss, trauma, imposter syndrome, and relationship patterns that no longer work. Many of my clients have a history of trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, or emotional neglect and are ready for change. I work best with people who want insight, and meaningful change.

I became a therapist because early on in life I knew that I possessed a deep capacity for empathy and a fascination with hearing people's stories.People want to feel heard and to share their story.As a therapist, I join them for a time on their journey and help them identify thoughts and behaviors that lead to meaningful change. It is always an honor for me.
