I offer compassionate collaborative therapy that combines various types of treatments tailored to support you as a unique individual. Together, we'll work to understand your thoughts and feelings, spot patterns, deepen your relationships, and balance the “how” and “why” of living.

Navigate stress, challenges, and trauma. Trauma and Anxiety impact mood, cognition, relationships, and sometimes physical health. Together, we'll tackle these challenges and help you grow by identifying what is working and what is not, learning coping skills, decreasing symptoms, and guiding you toward action that aligns with your values and future vision.

I believe we make the most of this life by helping each other and creating meaningful interactions. I understand what it feels like to deal with hardship, worry, stress, trauma, and to navigate identity and relationships. I now have tools to help others manage these topics, so I believe in using those tools!

I am a white, queer woman/gender non-conforming person. I benefit from white privilege and pass for cis/straight. I grew up in a low socioeconomic background and am a first-generation college student. My work is trauma-informed, anti-colonial, anti-racist, inclusive, and intersectional. I'm genuinely grateful to be doing this work.
