I understand what it feels like to deal with hardship, worry, stress, trauma, and to navigate identity and relationships. I now have tools to help others manage these topics, so I believe in using those tools!

I am a white, queer woman/gender non-conforming person. I benefit from white privilege and pass for cis/straight. I grew up in a low socioeconomic background and am a first-generation college student. My work is trauma-informed, anti-colonial, anti-racist, inclusive, and intersectional. I'm genuinely grateful to be doing this work.
