Together, we’ll unpack the "mom guilt," intrusive thoughts, and identity loss of a difficult birth. We will stabilize your nervous system, processing "scary" thoughts that feel impossible to say out loud. My goal is to move you from constant, "on-call" anxiety back to the calm, capable person you were before you were "just surviving."
