I work with people who feel isolated, unable to communicate what they truly feel. The stress you have been holding on to has shown up in lack of sleep, mood swings, and tension, making you feel wound up all the time.

I'm Clinical Resident with Living Purpose Mental Health Counseling. I am currently in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Northwestern University pursuing a Masters in Counseling.
