I strongly aim to help you understand more about yourself in order to help you build self-trust and learn the tools you need to cope, regulate, and feel fulfilled. My work is very insight-oriented and collaborative in that I believe in working as a team to better understand your needs and values and how we can put them into practice.

Explore the different areas of your life that are of importance to you. We will collaboratively uncover patterns in your thoughts and relationships in order to find ways for you to improve your self-esteem, interpersonal fulfillment, and agency.

Are navigating difficult family dynamics, processing the impacts of trauma, struggling with negative thought patterns, experiencing relationship issues, are struggling to implement boundaries in their lives, and are trying to find their voice through all of this.

I have always had a passion for helping others through communicating without judgment, but rather, with compassion and understanding. It is an honor and privilege for me to walk through the emotionally intimate journey with you that is therapy!

I strongly specialize in working with women navigating complex relationships with their parents including those who are experiencing dysfunctional family dynamics, identify as a parentified child, have endured abuse and/or neglect, struggle with emotions of guilt, shame, and/or grief, and those who are navigating the emotional complexity of estrangement.
