I incorporate an eclectic skillset, insight-oriented psychodynamic psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy using a trauma informed approach. I help individuals and couples through life transitions, grief and loss, self-discovery, finding motivation, and and navigating through challenging family dynamics. I focus on strengths and resiliency.

Through this process we can work together to learn new skills/tools to help connect the past with the present, to gain insight into your life and relationships, and challenge any maladaptive thinking patterns that might not be serving you. I like to think of this practice as teamwork.
