Whatever brings you to therapy, I am here listen to your story with openness and empathy.

Together, we’ll deepen your self-understanding, build skills for resilience and connection, and identify patterns that no longer serve you. I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges. I bring collaboration, curiosity, and a deeply relational lens to the therapy room.

I specialize in working with people who aren’t getting what they need from their relationships. A lot of the time, we might not be getting what we need due to relational trauma we have experienced. Trauma can happen relationally, and so can healing.
