It is my belief that we are all unique individuals and there is no one size fit all technique. I believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual. One of my first steps is to hear your story so we can work together to formulate a plan which truly works for you. I am experienced with working with adolescents and adults.

In our first session, I will take the time to get to know you, to better understand what your expectations are for our time working together and work together to create a treatment plan with achievable goals.
