I help and support by using music as a therapeutic tool to unlock emotions, build motivation, and create new pathways for healing and growth. You don’t need to be a musician to benefit — just a willingness to listen, reflect, and discover how music can help you connect more deeply with yourself.

We collaborate in a virtual space that welcomes your whole self. Through a combination of musical experiences and reflective dialogue, grounded in humanistic, psychodynamic, and DBT models, we explore what’s coming up in the moment—without judgment or pressure. And you do NOT have to have ANY musical experience!

Unique because I combines the depth of psychotherapy with the creativity and power of music, all offered through convenient online sessions that you can join from the comfort of home. I am passionate about this work because I’ve experienced firsthand how music can change us — it can soothe pain, spark hope, and open doors we didn’t think were possible.

I taught non-musical actors and comedians music and saw firsthand how music changed them for the better. It boosted their confidence and brought them curiosity and joy. This was the main inspiration for my becoming a music psychotherapist.
