As a dance/movement therapist, my approach is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen through the body, in relationship. I work from an embodied and relational perspective, supporting clients in exploring the somatic patterns that shape their experiences of themselves and others.

Together, we collaborate to uncover what may be getting in the way of deeper connection—both internally and in your relationships. I bring curiosity, presence, and care to the therapeutic process, helping you tune into the wisdom of your body and the signals it offers.

I specialize in working with people who want to feel more connected—to themselves and to others. Many of my clients come to me feeling ‘stuck in their thoughts’ or caught up in their heads. In our work together, we’ll gently bring awareness to your sensations, emotions, and lived experiences, creating space for deeper reflection, clarity, and connection.

I became a therapist because I’m deeply passionate about helping others. Therapy was a transformative experience in my own life—it helped me feel more centered, grounded, and clear about who I am and what I want. Now, I feel honored to share the healing power of therapy with others, and to witness their growth, resilience, and self-discovery along the way.
