You may look capable on the outside while feeling anxious, self-critical, or stuck in your head. I offer active, collaborative therapy that connects what is happening now with the patterns underneath it. Using CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, we'll build practical ways to manage anxiety and emotions while working toward lasting change.

Identify what is keeping you stuck and build practical ways forward: reducing overthinking, understanding your triggers, processing painful experiences at a manageable pace, strengthening emotional regulation, and rebuilding trust in yourself. The goal is not to erase the past, but to help it stop running the present.

Warm, direct, and easy to talk to. Sessions feel genuine but focused: I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, help you notice patterns you may be missing, and gently challenge you when it helps you move forward. Therapy with me has direction, not just conversation.
