My background includes working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal issues, LGBTQIA+, chronic illness, cancer, family estrangement, and the nuanced identities of being a first-generation American.

My practice is virtual only, and although I am out of network I help you leverage your out of network benefits to acquire reimbursement for your sessions.
