I believe that healing happens in relationship with others: in spaces where we feel seen and safe enough to be our full selves. That’s what I try to offer in therapy: a space where you can bring the hard stuff, the tender stuff, the messy stuff, and we’ll hold it together.

Therapy with me is flexible and collaborative. I draw from somatic practices, narrative therapy, and mindfulness. This can look like us, maybe writing letters or working with journaling prompts. We might breathe together. I will always explain the technique we are using and why it might be helpful.

Clients often tell me they feel seen, validated, and less alone in our work. They describe me as calm, thoughtful, and someone who brings both softness and clarity into the room.
