I utilize a collaborative, client-centered approach- blending psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, CBT, IFS, and parts work.

Your symptoms have roots-and they helped you survive. You deserve care that helps you understand them rather than fight with them. I aim to help my clients gain deeper insight into their relationship with themselves, leading not only to improved daily functioning but also to a more fulfilling, authentic life.
