I became a therapist at 24, drawn by my passion for helping people feel seen and hopeful. Early on, I worked with eating disorders and saw how transformative support could be. Over the years, I’ve helped people facing many challenges, always believing in the healing power of being truly understood.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping people—in person and online. I draw from many therapy approaches, but the heart of my work is our relationship. Trust, respect, and real connection matter most. I want you to feel truly seen, heard, and supported as we work together.
