Something to know about my approach is that I meet you where you are—with warmth and curiosity. We’ll talk through patterns and emotions to help make sense of things, and when it feels right, use somatic-based tools to process experiences that feel hard to put into words. I work with anxiety, depression, self-worth, and relationship issues, including ROCD.

Together we will explore the parts of you that feel stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed. We’ll look at how your past may be showing up now and find ways to move through challenges with more clarity, calm, and connection—both in your mind and body.
