My approach involves caring for the "whole person", considering the psychological, physical, cultural, and spiritual aspects of the individual. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, nonjudgement is my top priority. I want my clients to feel Heard.

Individuals from all backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, self esteem, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship issues, and more. My formal training qualifies me to provide treatment, but life experience and empathy enables me to provide care.
