My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you understand yourself more deeply. I work with people dealing with anxiety, complex trauma, emotional neglect, or questions about identity and meaning.

Together we will make sense of what feels confusing, overwhelming, or hard to put into words. This might include unpacking childhood dynamics, working through shame or disconnection, or integrating intense experiences, including psychedelic ones. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and like yourself.

My clients describe me as warm, honest, and deeply attuned. They often say they feel understood without needing to over-explain, and that I help them get to know themselves more deeply in a way that brings greater wholeness and helps them feel more like themselves.

I specialize in working with people who feel anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who they are, often due to complex trauma, emotional neglect, or spiritual or religious wounds. Many are thoughtful and introspective, trying to make sense of their experiences and find a deeper sense of meaning and belonging.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level and believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. This work allows me to help others make sense of their experiences and reconnect with who they are in a more honest and meaningful way.
