My decision to become a therapist was born out of my own personal journey through a challenging time in my life. Despite being surrounded by a loving and supportive network of family and friends, I discovered the unique value that a professional therapist could provide that my immediate circle could not, simply because they were too close to me.

My practice is client-centered: clients lead their sessions, choosing the issues they wish to discuss and address.
