My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based treatment that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT helps identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors that may contribute to emotional distress and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking and responding.
