My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered. I work from the belief that past experiences shape current patterns, and healing happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move at their own pace.

Prioritize creating a supportive space where clients can explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors without judgment while building insight into how trauma, anxiety, and life stressors impact their relationships, identity, and daily functioning.
