My approach is compassionate and client-centered. I provide a safe, supportive space while using practical evidence-based strategies to help you navigate challenges. My interventions are drawn from exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help guide you toward meaningful and lasting change.

Together we will work on reducing anxiety, quieting intrusive thoughts, and finding healthy ways to cope with loss. Step by step, we’ll build skills that bring relief, resilience, and a greater sense of balance, so you feel more in control and hopeful about your future.
