I became a therapist because I grew up seeing strength & struggle walk hand in hand. As a native of New York City, I know the unspoken stories that sit beneath the surface—grief, survival, resilience, and hope. Becoming a therapist allowed me to hold space for others the way I once needed—through culture, creativity, and care.
