My approach is warm, reflective, and culturally responsive. We look beneath symptoms to understand how family roles, migration, loss, culture, and earlier relationships may still shape how you feel and relate today. I draw from psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches to help you notice patterns with curiosity and build greater self-trust.

Together, we explore how family, culture, relationships, and past experiences shaped the ways you learned to cope, so you can understand yourself more deeply, grieve what has changed, and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and your own.

My clients describe me as grounded, warm, and easy to connect with. I offer a non-judgmental space where you don't have to perform or have the right words. I work with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, family dynamics, and first-gen and multicultural stress, helping you understand old patterns and build steadier ways forward.

I work with adults whose trauma, migration, grief, or family expectations have left them feeling disconnected from themselves or caught between cultures, roles, or versions of who they should be.

Growing up, I moved between very different systems and cultures. For a long time I was shy, stressed, and confused. What changed things was being somewhere I finally felt respected and genuinely cared for. That experience showed me how much mental health matters, and how being cared about can shift the course of someone's life.

I'm a homebody at heart. I love decorating and organizing my apartment, which has become an important healing space for me. Long, deep conversations with family and friends are another favorite — a way for me to reflect and connect. I'm also drawn to arts and crafts, both making them and simply taking them in.
