We’ll slow things down and explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Sometimes we’ll focus on current challenges; other times we’ll look at past experiences to understand how they shape your present. My approach is trauma-informed and flexible, always tailored to your unique context, including culture, identity, relationships, and environment.

I’m direct when it’s helpful, supportive when things feel heavy, and flexible as your needs evolve. Sometimes our work is deep and serious. Sometimes we laugh. Both are welcome.

I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm—many of whom are thoughtful and self-aware but still feel stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of. I focus less on labels and more on you: your experiences, insights, and the systems you move through.
