My approach is warm and relational, with a specific focus on dismantling the traditional power dynamic in therapeutic relationships. I believe that you are the expert on your own life.

Together, we will reflect on past issues that have become present patterns, with special attention paid to tangibly improving your quality of life. We will unearth deep-seeded concerns while also touching on the day-to-day. We will look at how our parts connect to our feelings and where our feelings appear in our bodies.

My clients describe me as direct and honest, but consistently compassionate. I believe that honesty without compassion can be cruelty and I feel the utmost compassion for my clients. I am known for being genuine and conversational, with an attention to detail.

I specialize in working with people who are exploring their gender and/or sexuality, have done or are doing sex work, are dealing with symptoms of ADHD, anxiety or depression or who are struggling with substance use. In addition to a license in social work, I hold a CASAC-T.

I became a therapist because therapy saved my life. I have worked with multiple therapists, one for over 15 years, and I genuinely believe that therapy, when done thoughtfully, can be life-saving.

My practice is anti-carceral, anti-zionist and anti-racist. I believe that none of us are unaffected by capitalism and white patriarchy. I do not pathologize or judge.
