Together we will explore what’s been weighing on you, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect you with a deeper sense of clarity, self-trust, and direction. Our work will be collaborative, compassionate, and guided by your readiness, with a focus on emotional safety and sustainable growth.

My clients describe me as compassionate, grounding, and insightful, with a calm presence that helps them feel safe, seen, and supported. Together, we explore patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with their authentic selves, building clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm and want to develop healthier ways of coping and relating to themselves and others.

I became a therapist because I have seen how unaddressed emotional pain affects every aspect of life. With over two decades in the mental health field, I am committed to providing ethical, evidence-based care that helps individuals understand patterns, manage symptoms, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

More about me and my practice: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing ethical, evidence-based, trauma psychotherapy. I also supervise and mentor clinicians. I work collaboratively with adults addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
