Neurodivergence, non-monogamy, queer and trans identity, and trauma healing are my specialties and I draw from a combination of IFS, EMDR, somatic work, and DBT along with my own real world experience to help you grow and heal in ways that work for you.

Prioritizing your mental health is a radical act. As a queer small business I can give you the time and personalized attention you need to grow and heal so you can show up for your community and for the life you want to build.

As a queer, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous clinician, I provide a brave space for you to discover your own capacity to heal and grow. You can spend months explaining polycules and lesbian bed death and internalized ableism - or you can jump right in with a therapist who's been there.

My queer, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous clients regularly tell me how important it is to have a therapist they don't have to educate about their experiences, and all of my clients get the benefits of having a therapist who is open to doing things a litte differently.
