I believe every person has a story that deserves to be understood before it is changed. My approach is collaborative, with practical guidance and tools woven into deeper exploration and reflection. I am always open to adjusting my approach through your feedback and finding what works best for you. Some techniques I use include: CBT, Psycho-dynamic, ACT, IFS.

Together, we will slow down enough to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. We'll notice patterns, make sense of your experiences, and work toward changes that actually fit your life. Some sessions may involve practical tools and others may involve sitting with something you've never had the space to say out loud.

Curious, warm, grounded. I often TRY to bring warmth and humor in the sessions while being intentional.

I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, identity, sexuality, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with thoughtful, high functioning people, who are used to holding everything together for everyone else, but are beginning to wonder, "Okay..but what about me?"

I became a therapist because I've always been fascinated by what makes us who we are. Our stories, relationships, identities, and the ways we learn to make sense of the world. I wanted to create the kind of space where people could slow down, be fully themselves, and make sense of things without having to perform, or have it all figured out.
