Therapy with me provides a supportive space to slow down, sort through challenges, and feel less alone. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, some sessions may be more goal-oriented while others may be reflective, depending on what you need. Our work may include building coping skills, noticing patterns, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with joy and meaning.
