I find deep meaning in helping people find relief and order within high stress situations and in removing the barriers that keep them from performing — and joyfully living — to their fullest potential.

I offer an integrated approach to treatment, using the best of medications, supplements, lifestyle changes for sleep / nutrition / exercise, career / workplace counseling (from my consulting background), and different psychotherapy modalities. The focus is changing the aspects of patients' lives that are causing excessive stress or where they feel stuck.
