My approach is unique and specific to each client. No one client has the same needs. I meet my clients where they are with no pressure or expectation. I like to move at their pace and work at their comfort level. There can be no progress without a strong therapeutic relationship.

I am not the "white coat" that sits behind a desk, but a person who has probably been in your position at some point in my life. I will never tell you what you should do, rather I can help you figure that out based on your needs and wants and not those of others.
