I use cognitive behavioral therapy to address symptoms and a more psychodynamic approach to explore attachments and relationships. I also use techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Art Therapy.

I am an active participant during therapy and create a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. I work with empathy and warmth to help generate new perspectives, help you learn new skills, and restore hope. I also encourage my clients to think deeply about their lives and to take actions to create the change they want to see.
