About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Non-judgmental, down-to-earth, understanding, empathic, and they can feel I truly care about their progress (and even setbacks, because life happens!)

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I want to meet you where you are and work from there! For some people it can be intimidating to reach out for help, so I want you to be comfortable. I will never pressure someone to work on something they're not ready to confront.

  • Together, we will:

Peel back the layers to see what is going on, and explore any cognitive patterns that might be at play. Or maybe you just need to vent and talk- I can listen, support and validate!

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are experiencing mental health struggles in their every day lives. Sometimes that looks like overwhelm, stress, or even dysfunction, and they may not even know why it is happening. Women's issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, life stress, trauma

  • I became a therapist because:

Random people have always talked to me, I thought it would be wonderful to have the skills and training to help them. (it is, in fact, wonderful)

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It's great because you can go where you're comfortable and just log on!

  • More about me and my practice:

My goal is for clients to feel heard and accepted for who they are, and to know they are not alone on their journey. Now offering EMDR therapy! Please contact me or visit EMDR.com for a more thorough explanation.
