Caroline Swindell

I strive to make therapy accessible by approaching each client holistically, believing each client knows themselves best, and showing up as a genuine person on the other side of the room. I focus on somatic healing with incorporating EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), IFS (internal family systems), and EFT (emotional focused therapy).

We’ll work together to process trauma, your emotions, help create emotional regulation, and build tools that support understanding your needs. My practice is rooted in anti-racist, body-neutral, and queer-affirming values to make sure every client feels safe, seen, and respected in their healing journey.

My client's describe me as warm, direct, intuitive, and understanding. With the world we live in right now, I am very protective over my clients and try to create and maintain systems to assure access to affirming care. Some non therapy info: I identify as a queer cis-woman, love all things spiritual and astrology, and dogs, cats, and animals of all kinds!
