Hi! I’m Lindsey, and I’m glad you’re here. My approach is relational and collaborative; I aim to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be your authentic self, feel respected, and share your story. I believe healing is rarely linear, and I seek to be a compassionate and steady guide as you navigate the twists and turns of your journey.

I approach new clients with curiosity and humility, seeking to truly understand your story and experiences. Together, we will set intentions for therapy and create targeted goals grounded in your values and symptom relief. Then, treatment is individualized to you, with approaches tailored to your goals, values, and wherever you are in your healing journey.

My clients describe me as warm, curious, and affirming. I value humor, authenticity, and integration of your unique interests and quirks into therapy. In session, I encourage emotional processing and reflection on patterns, support exploration of new perspectives, help you cultivate deeper self-awareness, and make changes that feel authentic and true to you.

I specialize in working with clients 14 + who are LGBTQ+ and navigating anxiety, attachment issues, trauma, self-esteem and self-exploration, substance use and abuse, life transitions, and depression.
